- Began her career performing with 'Mel Tormé' in the 1940s.
- A soloist in the the movie The Big Hangover (1950), she also was part of a female backup group who sang with 'Elvis Presley' on the "Moonlight Swim" song featured on the Blue Hawaii (1961) soundtrack.
- She is the soprano who is heard singing the "Star Trek" theme during the opening credits of the original 1966 TV series.
- Is the vocal talent behind the 'Crazy Soprano Ghost' in Disney Theme Park's The Haunted Mansion. She completely improvised her shrieking in her role as an opera-singing phantomess.
- Sang alongside voice specialist 'Paul Frees' as Vampira to his Dracula in several horror movie song parodies.
